Brief
CWCS have an excellent reputation in their industry, but their brand and marketing materials were letting them down.
We were given the task of giving them a complete ‘brand overhall’.
Solution
In conjuction with CWCS’ inhouse marketing team, we analysed what was important to their clients - and therefore what messages should CWCS be communicating.
Based on this infomation, we built the entire brand around ‘service and support’.
Results
The re-vamp has been very well received by the client and their cutomers.
Website conversions have doubled, and the re-vamp has allowed the client to compete in tailor-made hosting.
