C# .NET Developer

We are looking for a C# .NET developer with awesome coding skills to join our team in Nottingham.

Core Skills Required:

• ASP.NET - C#
• SQL

Necessary Experience:

• You should be educated or completing study at degree level in a technical area with knowledge of .Net
• No commercial experience is necessary, but might help you stand out

Technical Requirements:

• .NET (C#) - Ability to build websites in .NET
• Object-Oriented programming knowledge
• Good understanding of SQL Server 2005/2008/R2 - strong database development skills
• Some knowledge and appreciation of HTML and CSS would be an advantage

Interpersonal:

• Analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Possess trouble shooting abilities
• Desire to learn new skills
• A passion for web and software development and an ability/willingness to learn new technologies

To Stand Out, You Might Also Have:

• Experience of CMS platforms, especially Kentico CMS
• Relevant experience with both ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC
• Experience with LINQ or Entity Framework development
• Experience with Social Media network APIs such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Such an unbelievably cool personality that we just have to give you a job

Educational Requirements:

• A good degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, or similar

Location:

This is a full time role, working flexible hours, Monday to Friday in our Nottingham office.

Compensation:

Competitive, dependant on experience.
