Account Manager ~ Job Description

You will:
- Manage and develop existing accounts
- Understand clients' requirements and prepare written proposals
- Ensure each clients' requirements and expectations are
managed and exceeded
- Meet KPI targets (both revenue and performance based)
- Liaise with members of the team on proposals and projects
- Provide first line client support
You must have:
- Knowledge of Internet / New Media / Design sector
- Client facing experience – telephone, meetings and presentations
- Experience of proposal writing
- Track record of delivering projects to deadlines and high
standards
- Self-starter with strong personality
Hours: 9:00 - 5:00, Mon – Fri, but quite flexible
Salary: Competitive
