Last week, a couple of the guys (Adrian and Andreas, with some help from Greg) had a 'hack day' to spend a few hours building Page Speed Online (http://pagespeedonline.co.uk).

Page Speed Online analyzes the content of a web page, then generates suggestions to make that page faster.
Faster sites make for a better user experience, and reducing page load times directly reduces bounce rates and increases conversion rates.
The Page Speed tool scores your site based on several important factors, including the use of images, javascript, redirects, caching and much more.
If your site under-performs in any area, it gives some actionable suggestions to help you improve.
It's built in C# .NET 4, with HTML 5 and CSS 3, and uses several APIs including the Google Page Speed API.
