Latest Customer Satisfaction Survey

We're delighted to announce that the 2007 Distinction Customer Survey produced some fantastic results. We're very pleased that our clients are so happy with the work we create, and the mannor in which which produce it.

We have summarised the findings below, in addition to outlining the areas in which we intend to improve on in future.

Summary

The results of the survey show that over 97% of our clients would rate our overall services as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.

100% of the respondants felt that Distinction offered at least satisfactory value for money - 90% felt we offered very good or excellent value. Although we never try to be led by price (we prefer to concentrate on quality), it is obviously very important that our customers feel they get good value for money.

It is also fantastic to read that 97% of our clients feel that they would use us again in the future, and over 93% would recommend us to others, which is extremely pleasing!

From the results, we can see that we have received particularly high ratings in the areas of:

  • Professionalism
  • Knowledge
  • Experience
  • Ability to keep within budget

The results, as well as identifying our strong areas, also highlighted an area which could be improved:

  • Ability to meet deadlines

To improve on the above, we have recently put in place a new customer relationship management system to increase our efficiency when working on projects. We are already seeing an improvement and have had some positive feedback since its launch.

We included this question to find out how our clients rated our support, in terms of speed, clarity, accuracy and detail. We are delighted with the results:

  • 90% rated us excellent or very good for speed of response
  • 87% rated us excellent or very good for clarity of response
  • 83% rated us excellent or very good for both accuracy of response and detail of response

However, we don't intend to rest on our laurels and are currently working on an in-house knowledgebase and technical support system to integrate with our CRM software to offer even quicker, clearer, more accurate and more detailed responses to problems as they arrise. We hope to have this completed by the end of the year.

Would you use us again?

Based on our performances in previous projects, over 97% of our clients would work with us again, and over 93% said it would be 'very likely' or 'likely' that they would recommend Distinction to others.

Value for money

From the survey it was great to read that 87% of our clients felt that we are ‘good value for money’ or better, with no clients at all feeling that we are 'poor value for money'.

Additional feedback

In addition to the multiple choice questions, we received some very important comments from our clients that will help us improve on the results above. We'll hopefully have some even better results to discuss in one years' time!

Conclusion & comments

It's great to hear that our clients feel we are going in the right direction. We work hard at Distinction to give our clients the best service we possibly can, and it's great to be rewarded by some great feedback.
